How to compile phpeclipse (CVS) with xdebug?

Hello

I'm trying to compile phpeclipse with xdebug support. I tried to do 
steps mentioned at 
http://www.plog4u.org/index.php/Developing_PHPeclipse:Developing_Process, 
but no success:

1. http://pipestonegroup.com/eclipse/updates seems to be down, so I 
could not install packages from there. Is it permanent, or it worked 
yesterday and I can hope that it will work tomorrow?


2. I skipped step above, and loaded .psf file mentioned at 
http://www.plog4u.org/index.php/Developing_PHPeclipse:Developing_Process#Xdebug. 
It fetched sources from cvs, automatically compiled it (I think so). 
Next, I tried to export it: File->Export->Plugin development->Deployable 
features

and I have error:
"Unable to find plug-in: net.sourceforge.phpeclipse.debug.core_1.1.9"


Is error in (2) caused by skipped (1)? If yes, where I can fetch 
requisities instead, if pipestonegroup.com is down?
