Summary: Trim trailing LINE whitespace on save

Initial Comment:
It would be nice if there were a trim trailing LINE
whitespace on save, like there is for the EOF. The way
the tab/indenting is setup, whenever a back up a line
from the first position, I bring a bunch of whitespace
to the end of the previous line.

For projects with clean coding standards this is a pain
in butt to fix manually.

For now you can do a regex find and replace, finding
\x20{1,}$ and replacing with nothing.
