Summary: "argument not valid" at html comment start

Initial Comment:
If I want to write a html comment in my code i´ll get an error with reason "Argument not valid".

I can reproduce this error by typing in this:

1) <
2) !
3) -
4) - (now the cursor is between 3 and 4)
5) Whitespace
6) Backspace
7) ENTF

But you have to be sure, the editor knows that you are writing HTML. Test it in already existent html files, because it was difficult to reproduce this error in completely new files.
