What changes do you like to add?

Some just add :D

- add superglobal in variable view
- resolve problem on xdebug preference (open a second time during debug crash eclipse)
- honor breakpoint in liked files and folders.

todo:
- resolve pathmap when localpath != remotepath, breakpoint not honored.
- last line of source code over the code.
- make test and test.
- make it stable.
