In a good mood

OK - I bit the bullet and worked my way through doing my own build of 
phpeclipse - and it works.

I've just got 7 warnings and no errors on the bitweaver code so I'm more than 
happy now.

My only question is - where do I change the version name. It's given me 1.2.0 
when I would have preferred to build 1.1.9.lsces but I'm not sure where I 
change that since most places just list 0.0.0
This is the first Java code I've actually compiled so if it's something basic 
then that is my excuse :)
