Re: outline view

I can't seem to get the outline view to work.  I am in the PHP persepective
in Eclipse and have several PHP files open.  The outline view will outline
HTML tags within a php file if I select for it to outline HTML, but it will
not outline my PHP functions, classes, etc if PHP is selected.

For example, I have a php file that has just functions in it but the outline
view will not show any of those functions.  It just lists include files,
constants, classes, and functions as group names but nothing in the groups.
Or if I de-select "Show Groups," it is just blank.
