Summary: 1.1.8.CVS-20060223: superflous '}' created

Initial Comment:
When pressing enter/return on the following line

  function fetch($sTemplate) {

the closing '}' is always added, regardless whether the
block is already properly closed or not.

Example:
  function fetch($sTemplate) {
    # fooo
  }

When I now navigate to the end of the 'function line
and press enter, I end up with

  function fetch($sTemplate) {

  }
    # fooo
  }
