Summary: Syntax highlight doesn't like apostrophe in heredoc

Initial Comment:
If a single apostrophe appears in a heredoc section,
the rest of the document is colored incorrectly until
the next apostrophe. Bad news if you have a "can't" or
something and then close the heredoc without another
contraction. Screenshot attached.

This is still an issue in 1.1.9. I have attached sample code to show the

the following partitioner class needs to support HEREDOC
syntax for this bug:
 net.sourceforge.phpdt.internal.ui.text.FastJavaPartitionScanner
