Summary: uninitialized variables in strings

Initial Comment:
It seems, that the parser does not recognize
uninitialized variables if they are in a double quoted
string.
I use phpeclipse version 1.1.7

will work on this with the other parser bugs.

it will not be in 1.1.9 but look for it in a release after 1.1.9
