This is a 100% reproducible crash when opening the file "lang/langmapping.php" from the branch-1-9 version of tikiwiki (and probably others).

The langmapping.php file lists mappings of language names from translatable production english to their own string in the language. This means it contains Chinese, Farsi, Arabic and probably Eastern European characters as well as others.

I found the file, and with CVS version of PHPEclipse i cannot get it to
crash.

Attached file for verification that it is the correct file, and others do
not see the crash.

Danny,

Can you right click on the project folder and go to properties. under
Resource should be the Text file encoding. Can you tell me what that is set
to? UTF-8? If it's not UTF-8 change it to that and see if the problem still
exists. Can you also post the file so i can work with it.
