Meeting Notes Monday September 10th

PHPEclipse Developer Meeting
Agenda Items:
  Introductions
    Aj Tarachanowicz(ajt) - Project Manager/Developer, 
    Edward Mann (ed_mann) - Developer/Documentation,
    Pablo Aguiar (scorphus) - Developer/Documentation,
    Philippe Ombredanne (pombreda) Lead Developer,
    Mauro C. (incastrix) - Developer/xdebug master
   
  Discussion Items:
    - SF project developers cleanup. We will e-mail individual
developers to find there intentions for the project. 
    - Freshmeat.net - Axel has given ed_mann access to the Freshmeat.net
project. ed_mann should be doing updates. Also idea on adding another
entry for PHPEclipse devel was mentioned. No ya or nay votes yet. Will
bring up again in next meeting.
    - New PHPDoc integration status. ed_mann has not finished the new
DocBuilder php code. Will work on it this week. scorphus is also working
on it and looking at a way to use XSLT to parse docbook format directly.
    - New Website. Ajt mentioned that he will be working on the site
this week. Also contacting Axel about hosting.
    - Documentation - ian_mac has committed new docs for Xdebug, and
pombreda has e-mailed Rober Kraske about including his docs into the
project.
    - Version Numbering - The project should have a version number that
is in compliance with Eclipse http://wiki.eclipse.org/Version_Numbering.
    - Outside Projects - There are outside projects that are bundling or
building onto PHPEclipse. easyeclipse -

  Action Items:
	- ajt - Will be working on the website this week. Also will e-mail Axel
about hosting of the project website.
        - ed_mann - working on finishing PHPDoc builder. Work on build
system to support new versioning schema. Commit CC config file(s) and a
short readme to cvs. Create new
	- scorphus - Will work on PHPDoc feature.
	- pombreda - Request is in for Rober Kraske about documentation to
include in the project. Will let us know the outcome.
	- incastrix - Merge Xdebug into head. Still working with the map issue
and other bugs.
