Good news: doc + domain

All:
two good news today:
Andrey Platov kindly transferred the phpeclipse.com domain to us :-)
That is really extremely nice and cool.
Andrey is from Xored, that used to market a competiting open source PHP
Eclipse-based IDE.
He is also the lead of the DLTK project, which is something we could
look sometimes.
NB: it will take 5 to 7 days to complete the domain transfer. In the
meantime, we should have a web site to publish hopefully.
I suggest that we publish the site @ sf.net, even if that far from
ideal. At least it will in a place that will be the project's team
forever.


Robert Kraske --the author of an excellent PHP tutorial doc-- has kindly
agreed to dinate his documentation to the project under e CPL/EPL
license.
He will be sending it to me in docbook format.
With that and Ian's doc, we should end up having some start for a kick
ass documention.

Let's rock and roll.
