besides telling the fact that I'm no active developer in the area of PHP 
and PHPeclipse anymore (so you may remove me), I wanted to discuss 
something else.

I can understand the intention of cleaning up in the project 
administration, but I think you've choosen a bad way. For me the project 
member list is the first way of giving credits to all the people who 
contributed substantilly to the project during its lifetime. It's a pity 
that Sourceforge does not have a role title "Former project member" to 
show that more precisely. But getting back to the original idea, you can 
clean up your administration area by just removing all the access rights 
from inactive developer accounts. I know several projects which went 
this way just because of their respect for all former developers.

And well, you as the _active_ project members are the ones to decide 
what works best for you, so go with deletion if you think so.
