Importing the XDebugProxy branch in HEAD - the Xdebugproxy bran is officially dead :-)

All:
I imported (not merged, there were too many conflicts ) the XDebugProxy
branch in HEAD.
The tag before this import is
T_BEFORE_XDEBUGPROXY_BRANCH_IMPORT_INHEAD_20071206 
The tag after this import is:
T_AFTER_XDEBUGPROXY_BRANCH_IMPORT_INHEAD_20071206
The XdebugProxy Branch is officailly DEAD.
All Xdebug work now takes place in HEAD :) Yeehaa!
