New Website, Bug fixes and more

Developers,

As you may or may not know we have moved from using SF bug tracking and
source repository to using Trac and SVN. You can visit the trac site at
http://dev.phpeclipse.com. Notice also that we have the phpeclipse.com
domain. This was graciously transfered over to the PHPEclipse team by
the xored company. So a big thanks to them, and this will be noted in
the release of PHPEclipse 1.2.0. A RC might not be needed because we
have so many people using the nightly that any new bugs should have been
found by now. But this is still up to decide by the team.

For the 1.2.0 release we only have 14 bugs out of 32 left before we can
get the first RC out for testing. We need as much help as possible to
close these final issues. Some have already been addressed but just need
testing and review to insure that they are correct and don't cause other
issues. If you have time please feel free to checkout the trac website
create an account, and post patches. If you had access to cvs before,
just e-mail me and i will get your access restored in svn. Also if you
create a new trac account name that is different than your SF account
let me know and i will update the records to reflect your new name.

One final request is that as we prepare for the new 1.2.0 release we are
also building a new website. We want to move the forums to the new site,
but may need to use a new Forum software. Any input on systems that you
have used or know about that would be good are welcome. We want to see
how the current forum will integrate into the site, and if we have
issues we want to move to a new forum system.
