I'm having a hard time coming up for air these days. I'd like to see the project aim for a major release each year; sometime around the time Eclipse does their milestone release. If there's an opportunity to push a major build more than once a year, that would be awesome; but I think for the number of active developers we have, aiming too high may be detrimental to the process. The project has (and still is) going through some pretty substantial changes and until things are a bit more established, we should keep the focus revitalizing PHPEclipse in it's codebase, features and community perception.
