PHPEclipse hosting updates

Hello sports fans,

For those who have not stumbled over the phpeclipse.com homepage in the 
last few minutes, we now have an SSL certificate setup and running on 
https://secure.phpeclipse.com.  This means we can now access trac, 
subversion and hudson all over a secure channel, signed by a genuine CA. 
  (No self-signed or "Snake Oil, Inc" certs here thanks!)

For those interested in dabbling in madness, feel free to follow the 
ticket https://secure.phpeclipse.com/ticket/749.  I'll be posting 
changes there as they happen.

I'll also be setting up some rewrite rules for the phpeclipse.de and 
phpecipse.net domains.  phpeclipse.com is now our "authoritative" 
domain... since it was the first domain we actually gained full control of.

Questions, comments, feedback and such are welcome... and of course if 
you have any problems accessing the SSL site, we'd be tickled pink to 
hear about it.
