Trac email notification

Hey everyone, some people have asked about email notification from
tickets on trac. There are a few things that i did set, but some i did no=
t.
When you have time could you look over the list here ->

you think we should use. I will start with the following.=20

1.
SMTP_ALWAYS_CC =3D> [email protected]=20

2.
ALWAYS_NOTIFY_OWNER =3D> TRUE=20

3. SMTP_FROM =3D> [email protected]=20
