Hi to all,

I just commit the fist refactored version of PHPEclipse.

What I done:

1 - Separate UI from core plugin.
2 - Import dom code from JDT (3.4.1)
2 - some clean.

I refer to 3.4.1  ver becouse ubuntu/debian distro start to package this.

there are alot of errors (many about imported dom), but it run :-)

know issues:

1 - Icons and label not replaced.
2 - php code completation not works very well.

now need to start to test it, and feedback issues.
