I need this plugin, please tell me how to get it 
configured WITHOUT the damn update manager.

Please remember us developers who have network 
nazis to deal with and can't get update manager to work 
worth a damn.

A little testy no?

You can get it without going to the network but you still
need the DAMN UPDATE MANAGER.

look in the files section of the sf project for files named
*update.site.archive* and then look at the eclipse docs for
how to install an archived update site using, you guessed
it, the DUM.

 Although, if the nazis are so tight, how will you get the
archive?
