version 3.2.0

Spindle does ship with docs but something is flubbing
up the integration so they do not appear in the Eclipse
doc system.

Workaround is not pretty but you can get the docs if
you have Spindle installed.

look in

eclipse/plugins/com.iw.plugins.spindle.docs_3.2.0/docs

the files are all in there.
