In CVS as the 'spindle-parser' project under the 'spindle-libraries' module.

PS. it appears that one can't just check out individual subprojects
from CVS directly into Eclipse. The maven plugin looks for
dependencies in the local repository and craps out if you have not
done the following...

You have to check out spindle-libraries outside of your workbench, run
'mvn install' and then import the individual sub projects
(spindle-core and/or spindle-parser) into Eclipse.
