[Q] How to get maven to build and install a tests jar?

Hugo, I have some test fixtures in spindle-core that I want to reuse
in spindle-parser.

Is there a way to build and install a jar of the tests for spindle-core?

I'm adding tests to the custom parser as I'm not convinced the port to
xerces 2.7.1 went without any hitches.
