Zero forward progress

I spent 4 hours flailing on Spindle last night with no progress, no checkin.

Tapestry 4 is so "loose" on where specs, templates, etc can exist in
the project that I'm almost at a loss to how Spindle will find all the
bits to perform a build.

I'm almost at the point where I want to yell HELP!
