This is more of a note to self...

main Spindle site - osdn.dl.sourceforge.net - actively refusing connections
internap.dl.sourceforge.net - is at least a week behind
easynews.dl.sourceforge.net - is ok.
kent.dl.sourceforge.net - ok
Taiwan - ok
Switzerland (both) - ok
Russia - responds but downloads fail (502)
Netherlands - ok
Japan (keihanna) - see Russia
Japan (jaist) - ok
Ireland - ok
France - ok
Brazil - ok
Autralia - ok

The only real problem is the main (osdn). This sucks as that's the
main site (no mirror delay). The other bad ones I can just nuke from
the list.
