More T4 Progress

So I didn't have the energy to wrestle with SF cvs tonight.

I added checks/markers for page/component names with path parts to the
LibraryScanner (which covers the ApplicationScanner too). incl unit
tests.

Added path part checks for contained components in xml but this is
hard to write a unit test for until the builder runs better. I say
better as I just rediscovered a piece of code that was only partially
"ported" to T4.

And that's the TemplateScanner. Spindle uses Tapestry's TemplateParser
and passes the resulting Token objects to the TemplateScanner which
validates all.

But, Howard changed the Binding scheme in T4 and when I "ported" the
scanners waaaay back I didn't get to the TemplateScanner.

Now I have to figure out how Spindle will support the uber
configurable T4 BindingTypes. Not as bad as it sounds, since there is
no model of the HM registry only the old ones, static, message, ognl
and a few hardcoded types shipped with Tapestry will be supported to
varying degrees.

Like I said, not hard but some careful thought needs to go into this.
