Some progress

I have updated the internal state object used by the core.
Passed the responsibility for creating these state objects to the Infrastructure
Parametrized the state object - the parameter must be the same as the
one used when implementing ICoreResource. (how to enforce this - i
dunno)

Will test all this this evening.
