Basic Eclipse integration In Progress

So, the scope of testing is so huge that I think I need more eyes on
the project. Well, the project deliverable, there are already a whole
whack of eyes on the project itself!

So I've started the most basic integration of the Core into an Eclipse
plugin with the hopes that brave souls will try it out and report
bugs.
