WTP integration update: Projects will be WTP Dynamic Web projects (DWP) There will be 3 "facets" that add Tapestry 4 capabilities to a DWP: core: currently copies all jars except annotation and portlet jars into DWP. Requires at least JDK 1.4, also adds Tapestry servlet to web.xml annotation: copies tapestry-annotations.jar, requires core, requires at least JDK 1.5 portlet: copies tapestry-portlet.jar, requires core Have also implemented uninstall for these facets: removes the jars from the project. (for all the above, if jars already exist, none are overwritten). Next Up: There is a config page needed for the core facet installer to gather info in order generate the .application file Need to extend the core facet to add Tapestry nature to the project and wire it up. Nice to Haves (ie. not done any time soon) - A config page for the uninstall (option to leave jars but remove tapestry nature) - uninstall does not remove any entries in web.xml - removing and adding core facet over and over ends up with muliple Tapestry servlet entries. - Have ability to add Tapestryness to a non DWP - the core plugin can handle that too.
