No progress this evening.

I'm still in the office struggling with a customer issue.

The CTO of our zillion dollar customer flew in from San Fran and show
up in our office this morning, We had about an hour's notice.

Nice enough fellow but it is a bit stressful when a delivery is that
important! (He picked up CDs to hand deliver as our ftp servers were
up and down over the weekend).
