Innotek libc license & release issues (was Re: Re: [UnixOS2] libc)

Talked to Achim on #netlabs today, the code will be released under
LGPL. The development will be coordinated by Innotek at first. Patches
and enhancements to the code are welcome but Innotek will keep the lead
at first at least because they have a deal with IBM about it. So it's
up to them to accept or refuse code. But in a long term (which means
when the IBM deal is fulfilled) they will be "open for everything"
(quoting Achim here).

We can expect code in about 1 - 2 weeks according to Achim.

I think this is great news for us and I am looking forward to the first
release. If you have any more questions I might ask Achim again but
please post to the UnixOS2 list, I'm not on EMX.
