Sorry, not really. I'd like to have a short overview of what this
libc is supposed to be (what you don't get from just looking at
the source).

E.g.:
This libc is based on glibc/bsd libc/emx/written from scratch.
It supports the functions of the following standards:
C90/C99/Posix1/Posix2/SysV/bsd/Winxy/OS2.
Filenames can (not) contain drive letters/backslashes/forward slahes.
File > 2GB are (not) supported.
The emx underscore functions are (not) supported.
The syntax of chdir() is (not) like in emx.
It contains the extra features regex/iconv/gettext/glob/whatever.
