Well, if you considered emx + pgcc + posix2(a.k.a. libext) as stable
enough, then go for emx + gcc-3.2.1 + posix2.

If you don't really need "Unix compatibility", you can use Innoteks
gcc-3.2.2.

UnixOS/Ux2bs is just a try to standardize some environment, but I'm
currently unsure about whether that's emx+gcc-3.2.1+posix2 or just
emx (with its gcc-2.8.1) + posix2.
