You are still misreading the instructions: the instructions do not say to use a compiler from these sources, it instructs to use recent GNAT sources for *building* GPS. For what it's worth, you've created lots of duplicates, and I had to close them all, since Ada is known to be broken on mainline. Again, my suggestion was *not* to build GNAT from the HEAD, it was to use the GNAT *sources* from the HEAD, which is quite different. Arno
