The file tree is missing from "Select project file location" and "Open project" windows. Only a broken folder is displayed.

In addition, the two menus      <current file>                
and                                           Custom...                   F9 

are shown twice in Build -> Make -> ... while Custom...               is repeated twice in Build -> Run -> ... This problem was reported before, and I believe Emmanuel Briot mentioned that it was fixed.
