Pb to start GPS

Hello

What is the directory : /cygdrive/c/Project that GPS try to create when it is starting ? Where is it ? In GPS\bin ? I have the administrator rights, why GPS couldn't create this directory ? I am a beginner in XP. I successed in installing and using GPS under Linux (Mandrake 9.2) but all the problems I have had with GPS were on Windows...

Could you help me ? Thanks ahead.
