Refreshing project view

Hello,

I'm encountering that when I add new files to some project (via save 
as... for example) folder, these don't appear in the Project View. I 
haven't found an obvious way of refreshing these folders, so I ask: 
Isn't there such an option? If not, it seem a simple and useful addition.
