Can't 'run' a program from within GPS 2.1.0 with GAP 1.1.0

I get the error message:

Could not locate executable on path: xterm

when I try to 'run' an exe from within GPS. Running it by double click from within a Windows folder is ok.

The debugger can run the programs but now produces an error when they are 'initialized':

(gdb) break exception
Breakpoint 1 at 0x41398c: file a-except.adb, line 898.

Also, there is no source code visible via the debugger.

This is a fresh install of GAP 1.1.0 on a machine that previously had GNAT 3.15p.

Any ideas?

Cheers
