Cannot access GNAT documentation from GPS Help => Contents and Help => GNAT menus

I have just downloaded the academic versions of GPS (2.1.0 - 20041129) 
and Gnat (3.15p - 20020523) from the Libre site and installed them on a 
PC with XP professional v2002 SP1.

When I use the Help menu from within GPS the GNAT manuals are not 
available, but they are available from the Start => GNAT Public Version 
menu.

Can someone please tell me what I have done wrong and how to fix it.
