Scenario Window

GPS ver 4.0.0w

When I first opened my project with GPS the scenario window was a  
small thing  above the Project window.  Some how I clicked wrong and  
now the scenario window is as tall as the project window.  I can't  
reduce it to its original size.  Strangely, I can narrow it, but not  
reduce its height.  I can delete and re-add the window but not make  
it small again.

Can anybody provide instructions for restoring the window to its  
initial size?
