4.0.0w Snapshot - Edit Project Properties Behaves Badly

The Project -> Edit Project Properties dialog behaves badly. That is it
does not goes away after a modification is made and after the OK button
is selected. The work around is to select the X on the top right of the
dialog. From that point on the Switches tab is lost when the Project
Properties is edited again.
