4.0.0w snapshot - Switches tab vanished when selecting OK button

Here is the scenario leading to this problem on RH 9.0.

1. Select Project -> Edit Project Properties. Properties for Containers
dialog is displayed.
2. Select OK button. The Properties for Container dialog is closed.
Nothing is changed.
3. Repeat step 1. The Properties for Container dialog is displayed
where the Switches tab missing.

Note: This problem was part of the problem reported a couple weeks ago.
