4.0.0w snapshot - Switches tab of Project Properties vanished Mysteriously

I have reported this problem before. The problem exists still as of
today. 

Again, here is the scenario leading to this problem on RH 9.0. Note
that the .gps/ directory was removed before the test took place.

1. Select Project -> Edit Project Properties. Properties for Containers
dialog is displayed.
2. Select either OK or Cancel button or X (closing dialog). The
Properties for Container dialog is closed. Nothing has been modified.
3. Repeat step 1. The Properties for Container dialog is displayed
where the Switches tab is no longer shown.
