Error with VCS > Compare against HEAD revision - diff.exe 2.8 needed ?

Hello 

I have an error when I am trying to run VCS > Compare against HEAD Revision
See below : 

SVN error:
Index: C:/Checkout-SVN/HEAD3.bis/ada/str/src/str.ads

diff: unrecognized option `--normal'
diff: Try `diff --help' for more information.
svn: 'diff' returned 2


My confguration : 
Windows XP SP3 
GNAT GPL 2008 
VCS set to "Subversion Windows"
svn.exe :  1.5.3
diff.exe : 2.7 

As far as I understand, 
svn use external diff command.
And --normal is an option for diff.exe 2.8 


1/ Would it be possible to use internal diff command
(I try to modif subversion_native_windows.xml without any success so far ...) 

2/ Can somebody point me where I can find diff.exe 2.8.x
