Upper-Case comments on Ubuntu 9.10

Hello,

Since my upgrade from Ubuntu 9.04 to Ubuntu 9.10 I have observed a 
strange behaviour under GPS:
when I write a comment (or append something to a coment), GPS 
automatically turns upper case the first letter of each word.

This is not really a problem but it's ugly and produce a lot useless 
diffs. I use the pre-packaged version from Ubuntu's repository: GPS 
Version: 4.3~2008.08.09ubuntu1.Version: 4.3~2008.08.09ubuntu1.Version: 
4.3~2008.08.09ubuntu1 (Debian).

Any idea?
