The Komodo Dev Team is currently at OSCON, checking out the talks and =

hosting a booth in the expo area. To coincide with the conference, =

we've added new case study up on our website.

David Brewer and his team from Second Story Interactive Studios here =

in Portland create amazing interactive sites using Komodo IDE. Second =

Story was recently tasked with creating Arago=99, an online database =

for the National Postal Museum that would amass their collection of =

over 300,000 objects and present them in a user-friendly interface. =

With elaborate data import scripts to translate data from a third- =

party collection management tool, all the logic involved in managing =

researcher contributions, and the website itself, it was a large and =

complicated project.

=93I found out about Komodo at OSCON 2005 and was very impressed by =

what I saw; it was the perfect tool for the job,=94 said David Brewer, =

a web application developer with Second Story who specializes in =

building back-ends and HTML interfaces for collection database websites.
