PPM can't access ppm4.log and perltoc.html

I have Komodo 5.03 and Perl 5.8 on my Mac and I was installing the module
CGI::Session using ppm from the Tools/Run Command. The module seemed to
install OK but I did get a couple of errors - "Can't log to .../ppm4.log"
and a similar one for perltoc.html. I looked at the latter and couldn't find
any entry for this new module, which presumably should have been there.

I looked at the permissions for perltoc.html and these showed as Read &
Write for system but only Read for admin and everyone so I changed that so
that all showed Read & Write and reran the installation again but I still
got the same error. I had done a similar thing for ppm4.log but for that
file there was no entry for the owner so I couldn't change this.

I assume that this is a permissions problem but how do I change it so that
ppm can access these two files?

Regards
Eric Robertson
