Hi Lee,

Yes - this problem has been around for a while (5.0). I did some digging 
on this and updated this bug with the details:
http://bugs.activestate.com/show_bug.cgi?id=80170

It's a bit of tricky problem to fix correctly - but we may have some 
workarounds to temporarily fix this issue in Komodo 5.2 until a proper 
fix can be done for Komodo 6 (as the proper fix will require XUL element 
re-ordering in Komodo, which could break some extensions).
