Komodo hangs

Once in a while Komodo just hangs and I get a spinning cursor and I have to kill the process. May be something to do with working on remotely located files, though no other process has problems with the connection. Can't really give anything helpful about this at all, but it is very annoying as I always lose work when it happens.
