InfoD: Workshops in Istanbul

This Christmas, Kadir Has University will organize
new interaction design workshops in Istanbul.

- Workshop 1 (December 25th 2004 - January 3rd 2005)
"Design factors, a comprehensive design methodology."
Workshop supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Andreas Schneider IAMAS, Tokyo
(7 international and 7 Turkish participants)

- Workshop 2 (December 25th 2004 - January 3rd 2005)
"Mobility, urban experience and, the space communication
design scenarios in the Golden Horn ."
Workshop supervisor: Dr. Cihangir Istek, Tama Art University, Tokyo
(7 international and 7 Turkish participants)


Participants:
We are looking for highly talented candidates. Design students,
international graduate level students and young professionals
who study and/or work in the following fields: Information Design,
Information Management, Visual Communication, Graphic Design,
Product Design, Multimedia Design / Computer Science,
Architecture / Interior Design, Social Sciences.
     All accepted international participants will be offered
grants. The grant will cover workshops fees of 600 $ and
free accommodation.


Application fee for each workshop:
(none refundable)
100 EUR for European citizens
100 YTL for Turkish citizens
125 USD for other citizens

Friday November 19h 2004

Announcement of accepted participants:
Friday November 26th 2004
